Miksi Early Access?

Beyond Grief contains lots of intertwined systems, each containing elements that can be mixed and matched with other elements. Early Access will allow us to get players feedback and be able to better balance those systems, and fix issues as they arise.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We expect the game to be in Early Access for 6 to 12 months.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

In the full version, we plan to expand the list of items, abilities, enemies, bosses, biomes and optional content, and also add a conclusion to the story, and as many localizations as we can.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The game is currently fully playable, all the core systems are functional and have enough content to support hours of gameplay, although there are some placeholder art, and certain elements repeat throughout the run but once the Early Access launch date comes most of those should be sorted out and players shouldn't feel any repetitiveness.

Yes, the price will gradually increase during Early Access as we polish and add more content.

The community is essential to the success of Beyond Grief's development. Players will be reporting bugs, discussing balance issues, suggesting elements to add to the game, among many other contributions that will allow Beyond Grief to be the best version it can. All of this is done through our Discord server and the game's Steam page.
