Why Early Access?

“We want to release the game early because during August-October this year, Thailand (our home country) will be hosting various gaming events for the first time, providing an excellent opportunity to promote our game and connect with the gaming community during this historic moment for Thai game development.

Early Access allows us to gather valuable feedback from players while we complete the remaining content. We believe player input during development will help us create a better final product. We are committed to completing this project regardless of sales performance and have allocated sufficient resources and budget to see the project through to completion.

We already have a detailed development roadmap in place with clear milestones. Our team is fully dedicated to this project, and we guarantee that we will deliver the complete game as promised.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“The game will be completed with full content around Q4 of 2026, definitely no later than that. The project is already over 70% complete, and the remaining time will be used to finish the remaining content and polish the game.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“- All game modes, including the complete main stages and story, plus Endless mode
- Online co-op support (2 players)
- New mechanics, perks, and monsters
- Room decoration system and minigames
- Additional and reworked music and sound design
- Localization in multiple languages to reach a global audience”

About This Game

Sous Raccoon is an adorably hardcore cooking roguelite where Chef hired a lovable raccoon (you) as his sous chef.

Nobody knows why.

What everyone does know is that Chef's patience is infamously low...

Every run challenges you to survive chaotic restaurant shifts, unlock powerful upgrades, and adapt to constantly changing kitchens. Every shift is another chance to upgrade, be adorable, and prove you belong in Chef's kitchen.

Travel across four distinct biomes, each packed with unique layouts, novel mechanics, enemies, obstacles, and challenges that force you to rethink how you approach every shift.

Unexpected events, changing conditions, and evolving restaurant layouts ensure that no two runs unfold exactly the same way.

Like any good sous chef in a very normal restaurant, success is mostly about anticipating the changing moods of Chef, customers, and marauding hordes of strangely adorable beasts.

You Fired!

Chef runs a tight ship, and has a peculiar magical ability to burst into flames of fury. This fury tends to target the furry new friend he hired as a sous chef, resulting in an unfortunate return to unemployment (and possibly theft). So... don't get fired!

Coming Soon: Local Co-Op

The kitchen is about to get even more chaotic.

Local co-op is currently in development, letting two players tackle restaurant shifts together and find entirely new ways to succeed. Or fail spectacularly.

Sous Raccoon is available now in Early Access and continues to grow through regular updates and community feedback.
