I also believe that roguelikes work very well as early access titles since a full run will be available in some form but the items and content in a run will be what is iterated upon. In an ideal world where I didn't need to worry about keeping myself alive, I'd adopt the model of the past and release a fully complete game in a couple of years, but I just don't live in that reality.»
