Amato is a poetic puzzle and precision game where you play as a forest spirit, able to manipulate the environment to guide fragile kokedamas — small plant spheres — toward more fertile lands where they can finally thrive.

This demo offers a gentle introduction to the game through:

  • An interactive tutorial to learn the basic controls,

  • The first three handcrafted levels,

  • The game’s core mechanics: tilting the world, mastering gravity, avoiding hazards, and collecting hidden seeds,

  • A French-only interface in this version.

Along the way, you’ll meet other forest spirits who lend you their powers to help you move forward.
