Play construction cards on a 5x5 grid to shape your city. Every card comes with trade-offs: some resources increase, others decrease. Forward-thinking is key.

🌍 Face the challenges of a changing world

Climate and social events will challenge your city, but they won’t catch you off guard. A news system alerts you 3 to 5 turns in advance, giving you time to prepare:

• A heatwave may drop your food production

• An energy crisis will force tough decisions

• Public pressure can change your priorities

Anticipation is survival.
