MAKE YOUR FIRST BATCH

You do not arrive with a warehouse full of equipment.

Collect and sell fruit to afford your first supplies, keeping enough apples for your first batch of Apple Jack.

Prepare your fermentation barrel, mix the ingredients, and let it work while you handle other jobs. Transfer the mash, assemble your still, and fire it up.

Fill bottles, cap them, and pack your liquor into crates ready for delivery.

BUILD YOUR FIRST BUSINESS

Your first sale is only the beginning.

Meet local buyers, receive orders through your pager, and arrange deliveries around your brewing schedule.

At first, you will carry your product through the village yourself.

Put your earnings back into the business. Buy more supplies, increase production, save for a moped, and eventually work toward a pickup capable of carrying larger loads.

Every delivery moves you a little further from a backyard still and a little closer to a real operation.

THE VILLAGE IS ONLY THE BEGINNING

For now, your world is small.

A dusty village. A handful of customers. A growing pile of orders.

But Mulerun is about taking that small operation much further.

The full game will let your business grow beyond the village toward Mulerun City, where larger production and distribution networks move alcohol by truck, ship, and aircraft.

The demo lets you experience where that journey begins.

GET READY TO LEAVE THE ZONE

Build your customer network far enough and a new opportunity appears: a courier job that requires an aircraft.

There is one problem.

The CIA expects you to stay inside your permitted area.

Get hold of a signal repeater and temporarily fool the tracker before heading beyond the zone. Prepare carefully—your first flight requires an aircraft, fuel, and cargo, all paid for by the business you have built from nothing.

FLY THE DELIVERY YOURSELF

Load your rented plane, complete your preparations, and take the controls.

You are the pilot.

Handle the takeoff, navigate the route, manage your fuel and altitude, and bring your cargo in for a landing.

Turbulence, distance, and patrol radar turn what looked like a profitable delivery into something much more dangerous.

Complete the job, and you may discover that the CIA has been paying closer attention than you thought.

FROM BOOTLEGGER TO SOMETHING BIGGER

The demo follows the first chapter of your rise.

You begin with fruit, a basic still, and a few customers in a forgotten village.

By the end, you have built a functioning local operation, found a way around the restrictions placed on you, and taken your first step into larger-scale smuggling.

In the full game, that same operation can continue growing toward Mulerun City and expand into a much larger production and distribution network using trucks, ships, and aircraft.

This is where it starts.
