Miksi Early Access?

We're launching in Early Access because we believe player feedback is essential to shaping the final experience. While the core gameplay is already in place—including shopkeeping, expeditions, and minigames—we want to refine and expand key systems based on how the community plays.

Our goals for Early Access include improving Steam Deck support, adding new dynamic enemy behaviors during expeditions, refining the UI/UX and controls, and introducing additional Quality of Life features such as accessibility options, better tutorialization, and visual polish.

We’re fully committed to supporting Soukh through to 1.0 and beyond. Early Access will allow us to work closely with the community to make sure every feature—from new regions to balancing systems—is shaped with players in mind.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We plan to polish the expedition system, add a few more assets and hopefully flesh out some of the minigames to make them more challenging and fun! We also plan to provide regular bug-fixes, and deliver a polished experience in the future.

Welcome to your Soukh!

In our debut title, Soukh, you play as an exiled merchant striving to rebuild his legacy by running a bazaar in his hometown. It blends light strategy, management sim mechanics, and quirky minigames, all wrapped in a rich fantasy world, with an Middle Eastern/Asian inspired artstyle!

Meet the Merchant

Exiled from a wealthy home, family and lifestyle, follow the Merchant's story, as he leaves the rich and lucrative Bazhi Empire and ends up back in his barren hometown. Watch his story unfold as he meets some old allies, and some new ones, as he rebuilds his Soukh, and the hometown with him.

Manage your Soukh!

 Introducing a unique shop-keeping experience, similar to how real-life Soukhs work! Set the right price, engage actively with customers, haggle and manage your items in a chaotic environment filled with impatient characters, thieves and so much more!

Send out Caravans!

The world of Lazaran is huge, and filled with many resources that can help you make a profit. Hire a roster of adventurers, scouts and healers to send out on expeditions, and assist them with challenges they might face along the way. Gain legendary loot ( or even stolen goods) and watch the gold pour in!

Turn Rot into Royalty.

Explore your hometown, with unique buildings filled with interesting characters! Help out your allies along the way, and upgrade your tiny deserted village into a bustling bazaar town!
