When she returns to the place where they promised to meet, Akari is nowhere to be found.

Before she realizes it, Hotaru finds herself in a mysterious world where the memories of Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter have taken form.

As she journeys through the four seasons, Hotaru uncovers forgotten memories and slowly draws closer to the truth hidden behind that summer festival.
