Why Early Access?

“This is an experimental idea and I'm not sure how players respond. I would like to get market validation and player input before expanding the scope.”

“The remaining part of the game will take approximately 1 year.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will have:
1. More in-depth character relationship system. For EA, the characters rarely reaches out to the player or behave very differently based on your choices. In the full version, they will act differently based on how players interact with the game.
2. More interactive environment. As a small open world game, the environment can be very interactive. For EA it only contains the basics needed for the core mechanism. For the full version, there will be more of these environmental elements.
3. The background characters (people walking around other than the main characters) act differently (in ways other than speech) to the way players interact with the game.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“For the Early Access version, the core mechanism is completed. You can achieve full levels for each of the passion path, unlock full affinity dialogues and reach the ending.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“There will be a price increase for the 1.0 release.”

About This Game

You play as Momo, about to pass away with regrets for the dreams you sacrificed. On the brink of crossover, you’ve been given a second chance, to go back to age 21. This was the year you first joined one of the world’s top tech companies, AlphaCorp. You had everything you were told to want - success, stability, prestige. But you always knew something was missing...

Navigate 49 days of choices that shape your career, relationships, and ultimately, yourself. Through conversations with characters of different worldviews, and challenges to survive (and potentially thrive) solely on your passion, you’ll begin to see the undercurrents that run your world.

Meet Different Characters

Dialogues in the game bring opportunities to reflect, connect, or question. Choose wisely who you befriend - your experience is partly shaped by those who you are close to.

A Passion Worth Following

Beyond your day job at AlphaCorp, the game introduces five alternative passion paths, each offering a unique gameplay experience. Choose one or more passion paths to explore. Build skills, overcome challenges unique to each path, and decode hints of passion hidden in your physical state (mood/energy) and inner dialogues (diary). You hold the potential to thrive via ANY path.

When you gain enough proficiency in a craft, you can open your own shop related to that craft.

The Challenges

You’ll need to strategically balance time, money, and energy. Pursuing your passion doesn’t start off profitable. It’s risky, and it takes commitment. Can you stay afloat while nurturing a dream?

You returned to 21 with the same negative beliefs you held at that age. Some beliefs will affect your mood while pursuing passion-related paths (and hence your energy drop rate), and other beliefs will affect how much money you can make while pursuing the passion paths. It will be very hard to make a living off of the passion paths while carrying high degrees of limiting beliefs.

A Blend of Realism and Fantasy

The game includes elements of fantasy such as a Mystical Arts passion path, magical herbal potions, and a portal to a timeless dimension. Enjoy this surrealism mixed with what appears to be everyday life.
