Why Early Access?

“Layer Land is a world built on imagination, exploration, and connection.

Early Access is an opportunity for us to grow the game together with our community. With your feedback, we hope to further refine features such as pet interactions, crafting systems, and world events.

We already have a strong foundation in place. We have developed our own Earth Map Engine, capable of creating a vast world based on real-world geographic data, alongside over 100 unique monsters, a variety of pets, and a rich tutorial experience available in Skyland.

However, there is still much more to create in Layer Land together with our players.

Throughout Early Access, we plan to experiment with new ideas, refine existing systems, and build a living world shaped by the creativity and feedback of our community.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“ We’re aiming for a full release around spring next year, but we’re keeping things flexible to make sure we get it right.

The timeline may shift depending on player feedback and development progress. Our priority is to build a world that feels alive, balanced, and full of surprises—and we want to take the time to do that with you.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“ Expanded Pet Interaction: Pet-breeding is just the beginning. The full version will offer deeper interactions and cinematic experiences with your companions, making each bond feel truly personal.

New Crafting & Gathering Systems: Additional mechanics will enhance crafting and introduce ingredient-collecting events tied to exploration and seasonal changes.

Enhanced Skyland Experience: The full version will expand at Skyland with playful activities, interactive toys, and rewarding mini-events designed to spark curiosity and fun.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Upon arriving in Layer Land, players will discover floating sky islands of five elemental biomes surrounding the Ether Core. In addition, a fully recreated Earth map based on real-world geography and environments offers unique climates, creatures, and hidden secrets waiting to be uncovered in every region.

Through tutorial events on the sky islands, players can naturally learn the game's core systems, encounter monsters, and master survival across diverse terrains and ecosystems while embarking on their first adventure.

Throughout both the sky islands and the Earth map, more than 100 species of wild monsters roam the world. Each creature possesses its own unpredictable personality (based on MBTI types), elemental attributes, and behavioral patterns. By capturing and befriending monsters, players can make use of their unique talents for activities such as cooking, potion brewing, and more.

Adventure alongside your companions, climb challenging landscapes, and strategically overcome the unique objectives and obstacles presented by each region.

As we continue building out the world and adding new features, the price will increase for the full release.
