The year is 1923. Alcohol is illegal, but business keeps flowing. Behind closed doors, barrels of illicit liquor are crafted, and the law is always watching. It’s time to build your own underground operation.

In Speakeasy Simulator, you’ll manage every detail of your secret bar and distillery. Your goal is simple: produce, sell, and expand while staying one step ahead of the police.

  • In bulk to the mafia for fast cash.

  • Per glass in your bar to satisfy the local clientele and earn more money.

• Customer Demands Matter
  Each visitor has specific expectations (type of alcohol, quantity, and quality). Meeting their needs builds reputation and profit.

• Evade Police Patrols
  Be careful of police patrols outside, especially at night, and try to avoid them while smuggling contraband to your local reseller.

During Early Access, we plan to expand and improve Speakeasy Simulator with:

• Bar Decoration & Customization

  • Add furniture, lights, and decorative elements to personalize your bar.

  • Unlock new customization options by gaining reputation with your customers.

• Reputation System

  • Track how satisfied your clients are with your service.

  • Reputation will unlock new bar and lab upgrades, special items and higher quality ingredients.

• Attractivity System

  • The way you decorate your bar affects which clients are attracted.

  • Higher-end customers with more specific demands and deeper pockets will visit if your bar is attractive enough.

• Enhanced Police AI

  • More realistic patrol patterns and risk management when transporting contraband.

  • Some crooked cops are well aware of your activities and will need some… compensation to look the other way.

• Advanced Alcohol Production 

  • Expanded alcohol production methods like aging and maceration.

  • Some customers may crave variety and start asking for cocktails to shake up their usual orders.

• Balance, Polish & Quality-of-Life Improvements

  • Continuous updates to improve gameplay, fix bugs, and enhance the player experience.

Why Early Access?

We’re a small indie team of two programmers. After our time working in a game studio, we decided to take the leap and create a game of our own. 

Our resources are limited, that’s why we’re launching in Early Access: so we can grow the game together with the community.

Your feedback will directly shape the future of Speakeasy Simulator.

Current State

The game is fully playable, with a 2 to 5 hours experience depending on your playstyle. You can produce alcohol, manage your bar and lab, sell to customers or mafia, and dodge the police.

The city is thirsty. The law is watching.

This game uses generative AI to create some visual assets. Specifically, we used AI generated artwork for certain marketing materials on the Steam store (capsules, headers, and logos), as well as a limited number of in-game illustrative images. All AI generated content has been reviewed, edited, and approved by our team to ensure originality, consistency, and compliance with Steam’s content policies. The gameplay itself, core art assets, and all game systems were created directly by our team.
