“24 months”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“We plan to add more biomes to enrich the story, each biome with its own new dungeons, monsters, and bosses, as well as more playable classes, customization options, items, and finally, we will add the ending to this universe's story.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“There are currently 4 available character classes, 2 biomes, 8 islands, 2 bosses, 10 enemies, many traps and 4 different tools to use. The game is well-polished, but there is still more content to come

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. We are planning to double the content between Early Access & 1.0. Therefore, the price will increase to reflect the increase in content the 1.0 launch.

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will use communication channels such as Discord and Instagram, we will hold contests so that players can submit their ideas and suggestions for what they want to be added to the game, we also have a channel for reporting bugs directly from within the game. We would like to maintain close contact with the community.”

About This Game

Hello adventurer! Are you looking for thrills searching for magical items in dungeons with your friends? Croak Tales is an online co-op extraction game within a soft-RPG in a medieval world, with proximity-based VoIP, imminent dangers, bosses, diverse biomes, progression, many classes to choose and character customization.

MULTIPLE CLASSES

In Croak Tales you can choose between different classes. It's not just cosmetic, each class has unique abilities that can impact the gameplay. In addition, you can also customize your character's appearance by changing skin patterns, color, and even clothing.

WORK TOGETHER

Are you a lone wolf or do you prefer teamwork? You can venture out alone, but in this game, teamwork will make the journey easier. You can choose from available classes, each with unique abilities that will facilitate your game progress. Want to defend your team? Choose the Tank and take damage for your friends. Want to clear the path for your pals? Choose the Rogue and disarm the traps along the way.

PREPARE FOR THE WORST

Purchase and acquire valuable tools that will help you navigate the deep dungeons, such as a magic lantern with infinite charge, a mysterious globe that will show you the way, or even a special shell that will facilitate communication, but remember that you only have two hands, so choose wisely. In addition, evolve your characters by buying magic potions that will increase your health, stamina, resistance, etc…

EXPLORE

Complete the wizard's quests by exploring the biomes and dungeons on your journey. It's your job to locate, transport, and extract valuable items from the deepest dungeons. Don't forget to retrieve the powerful magic stones, you don't want to face the bosses without them.

SURVIVE

Be careful of the traps and creatures scattered throughout the dungeons. It will be easy to enter, but they will try everything to prevent you from getting out. Learn to deal with the behavior of each creature and how to avoid each trap so you can get out alive.

TIME IS EVERYTHING

Always keep an eye on the time, because in Croak Takes, time is your main currency, so be skillful in consuming as little as possible while exploring the dungeon, and wise enough to know when and on what to spend it. Collect magical items to acquire extra time and choose whether you will spend it to evolve your team, or give it up to have more time on your next exploration. The decision is yours.
