Cells of Division is a fantasy roguelike adventure where you control a white blood cell battling viruses and mutated creatures inside a living world.

The game offers two distinct gameplay modes:

  • Isaac-style dungeon runs – explore vascular mazes, collect items, and defeat powerful bosses.

  • Survivor-style endurance mode – face waves of viruses, survive longer, develop abilities, and craft unique builds.

Every adventure presents randomized challenges. Death is not the end — meta progression ensures you return stronger each time.

You will also build bridges and deliver resources, connecting the inner world for your fellow cells and restoring the flow of life.

With dual gameplay modes, roguelike progression, and a fantastical biological ecosystem, Cells of Division delivers a strategic and fast-paced adventure inside the body.
