This letter started in England, circled the globe, and found its way to you.
Now, it's your turn.

Chain Letter is a hybrid indie game that weaves rhythm-based action, grid-based defense, and emotional narrative into one unique experience.
You play as Mongsil, a girl trapped in a repeating day at Lilico Academy, in the small eastern nation of Corenia.
You must deliver a mysterious “chain letter” to your classmates, persuading them to join you and facing down hellish foes as you confront the truth behind the so-called “Miracle of Lilico.”

The game begins as Mongsil receives a letter and follows a strange bat-cat into a surreal underworld.

Key Features

  • Rhythm-based battles combined with tactical grid-based defense

  • Recruit up to 31 classmates through puzzles and choices

  • Narrative-driven progression and emotional friend stories

  • Customizable skill combos using friend abilities

  • Gradually uncover the truth behind the letter and the ‘Miracle of Lilico’

  • Roguelike structure with growth through replay

If you choose to ignore this letter,

misfortune may follow.

Where It Begins

This is the story of Mo Mongsil, a girl from **Corenia**,
who once experienced a mysterious incident at Lilico Academy.
A momentary sequence of events later came to be known as
The Miracle of Lilico.

And now, in Mongsil's room,
that morning is starting again.

Epilogue

This game began with a phrase from an old internet chain letter.
But what if delivering a letter wasn’t a curse —
but a symbol of someone trying to connect?

Here, skills are not just attacks — they are the strength of friendship.
Chain Letter is more than a rhythm game.
It is your journey to persuade, connect, and fight side by side.
a small letter that arrived in your inbox on a lonely day.
Perhaps it was sent by a mischievous devil,
just for you.

Beskrivelse av voksent innhold

Utviklerne beskriver innholdet slik:

Chain Letter is a cute rhythm action game that gently explores emotional themes such as isolation, loss, and the fear of disconnection.

While the visuals are colorful and charming, some story cutscenes contain abstract imagery, glitch effects, and emotionally intense moments that may be unsettling for sensitive players.

The game does not contain blood, gore, or explicit content, but does address emotionally heavy topics through metaphor and symbolic storytelling.
