Litlip is a retro-style game where players change characters, explore the world, and collect plot-essential items. It’s a relaxing and fun experience. The game series follows a unique “Middle-Beginning-End” narrative structure, which I believe works best.

What the developers have to say:

Why Early Access?

“We are releasing the game in Early Access to involve players in its development from the very beginning. Our main goal is to gather valuable feedback from the community, test the balance and stability of the core game systems (such as alchemy and building) in a real-world setting. This will allow us to refine the project in close collaboration with our audience, creating a game that best meets players' expectations. We fully understand the responsibility of this stage and are committed to continuously working on the project, incorporating feedback, and developing it towards a full release.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“Approximately, in 3 months”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The current version includes all core mechanics, an alchemy crafting system, and house building. In the full version, we plan to significantly expand the game's scale and content. Specifically, our roadmap includes (but is not limited to):

· Expanding the game world: Adding new biomes, locations, and dungeons to explore.
· Deepening systems: Expanding alchemy mechanics (new recipes, ingredients, effects) and building mechanics (more decoration options and functional structures).
· New content: Introducing additional quests, storylines, creature types, and possibly NPC interaction systems.
· Refinement and polish: Improving balance, graphics, user interface, and optimization based on community feedback.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The game is already fully playable and offers a complete basic gameplay loop. The current version features all core planned systems in a functional state: world exploration, resource gathering, alchemy crafting for potions and elixirs, and a house building and customization system.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, we plan to gradually increase the price as significant new content and features are added to the game.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We plan to actively engage with the community through Steam discussions, our social media channels. We will regularly publish development updates, conduct polls about the priority of new features, and carefully review all feedback and bug reports. Key decisions regarding design and balance will be made with input from our most active players.”

About This Game

  • Litlip is a retro-style single-player adventure game in which you have to change several characters throughout an unusual plot, explore a colorful world and collect important items for the story.

  • The gameplay combines exploration, quest elements and a leisurely pace, ideal for those who just want to relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Litlip is a no—rush game where you can experience every moment and explore every corner.

  • A special feature of the project is a non—standard approach to storytelling: a series of games is told in the order of "middle — beginning — end". This allows you to immediately immerse yourself in the essence of events, and then step by step reveal the secrets of the world and the characters. This style helps to feel the plot more deeply and look at it from different angles.
