我选择以抢先体验的方式发布，是希望让玩家尽早体验游戏的核心玩法，并通过真实的游玩反馈，帮助我发现问题、调整系统设计和优化整体体验。抢先体验期间，我计划持续修复问题，优化现有系统，并逐步增加新的奇兽、地图、装备、技能及其他玩法内容。

About This Game

Creature Curio Shop is a small-scale 2.5D online RPG centered around loot hunting, equipment crafting, player-to-player trading, and creature raising.

Different creatures drop primary and secondary materials with a variety of uses. The quality of the primary material determines the quality of the equipment you craft. Keep the equipment that suits your build, and sell any extra materials, equipment, or creature eggs to other players through your own market stall.

Hunt creatures on your own, gather the materials you need, and raise your favorite companions. You can also build your fortune through crafting and trading. In an economy shaped by the players themselves, an item you no longer need may be exactly what someone else is looking for.

The game is designed around long-term progression rather than seasons that frequently reset your progress. Take things at your own pace—hunt for loot, raise your creatures, trade with other players, and gradually grow stronger in a small world shared by hunters and creatures alike.

About This Game

I hope every player can find the joy of slow and steady progression in Creature Curio Shop.

You can gradually develop your character, grow stronger little by little, and eventually challenge and defeat powerful creature bosses. Different creatures drop materials of varying quality, which can be used to craft equipment of corresponding quality and continue your journey of growth.

Combat mainly revolves around automatic basic attacks and does not place too much emphasis on complex controls. I personally really enjoy this kind of relaxed, low-pressure combat. At the same time, players can trade with one another by setting up stalls, selling valuable materials, equipment, and pets, or finding something they happen to need. To me, this is something both fun and genuinely special.

Even if you never experienced the early days of MMOs, I hope you can still discover that feeling here—the joy of slowly growing stronger and sharing a living world with other players.

A Note from the Developer

There are still many features I would love to add. However, I also have a full-time job and a family to take care of, so I am not able to implement everything as quickly as I would like.

Even so, I sincerely hope this game can help you rediscover the joy you felt when you first started playing MMOs.

At the very least, this is the game I personally love playing the most.
