About This Game

The Piper of Dawn is a story-rich management RPG with multiple endings set within the isolated city of Diamond City. Step into the shoes of a gifted alchemist and use your skills to grow magical crops and build a thriving shop, all while navigating a dangerous web of human and non-human factions. Earn their support and ultimately decide the city's fate.

Spend each day however you like and tailor the experience to your own playstyle.

Farming

Grow over 100 unique crops, each with its own growth stages and trait modifiers, while mixing and matching different traits to discover new possibilities and tailor each harvest to your needs.

Expand your plantation from the surface down into subterranean biomes, each offering unique terrain effects, and set up powerful alchemical circles to create a self-sustaining farm with ever-growing yields.

Shopkeeping

Design your shop, decorate it to your liking, and empty your customers' pockets!

Different display stands let you sell different goods, from fresh crops and alchemical potions to rare curiosities.

As your reputation grows with the city's six major factions, non-human customers will begin visiting your shop—and may even slip lucrative special orders onto your board...

Peoplesprout Management

Grow your own loyal workforce: Peoplesprouts! The Peoplesprout system takes care of the grind by providing three specialized worker types: Farmers, Retailers, and Manufacturers, covering almost every repetitive task in the game. Simply use the Peoplesprout management system, assign each one based on their unique talents, and watch them work their magic.

Overworking your Peoplesprouts will drain their Sanity, so helping them recover in Peoplesprout dwellings is just as important. To prevent this from getting too much of a headache, you can also release those you no longer want.

Alchemy

Continue improving your alchemical skills through the Tree of Life, and build your fortune, gain power, and claim your domain!

Deepen your alchemical mastery to mass-produce high-value creations, or transmute worthless junk to grant your Peoplesprouts powerful new abilities. While you're free to experiment with alchemy however you see fit, all alchemy still follows the law of Equivalent Exchange. Oh, and volatile elemental interactions can lead to unpredictable results, so finding the right balance is key. Combine your creations with Oracles to perform jaw-dropping alchemical miracles!

Oracles

Build your ultimate deck of Oracles and give yourself buffs bordering on the divine!

...Yes, it's actually a gacha system.

Draw and combine Oracles bestowed by ancient gods to gain powerful bonuses during each time rewind. Just be careful of their whispers—you may find yourself falling under their influence.

Faction Reputation

Six distinct factions vie for influence across Diamond City, from the profit-driven merchants of Commercial Street and the Silver Key Fae seeking to coexist with humanity, to the Goddess's followers and the Witch's fanatical devotees. Build relationships with each faction to earn reputation, unlock lucrative contract orders, and experience different endings.

Oracle Summons

Gacha is a blast. Paying for it? Not so much.

Luckily, Oracles and freeform alchemy don't cost a thing. The Ancient Gods and Outer Gods are more than happy to make friends with you.

The Golden Cage Card Parlor

Card games are a blast. Losing money? Not so much.

Luckily, you have two legendary gods on your side: Save and Load. Challenge various NPCs at the Golden Cage and win big through Blackjack.

Fishing

Fishing is a blast. Going home empty-handed? Not so much.

But here, you'll always catch something. From the fountain to Drowning Lake, different fishing spots across the world let you catch all kinds of fish—and even the occasional Ancient God.
