Close Your Eyes has been remade, deeply reimagined, and released as a commercial product with lots of new content onto Steam, simply as "Close Your Eyes". The original freeware version will stay here on Steam for people to download and play freely, but the remake will be getting all future support and I hope to make a surprising and personal horror experience.

Through a stroke of sheer luck, you've managed to escape death row. Taking to an underground subway, you must try to find your salvation. Can you break free of the past that binds you? And please, can you close your eyes? Just close them.

Close Your Eyes stars a murderer who's escaped execution at death row for hanging. During the course of the game, we explore their complicated history and current mental state in these affairs. The game has another character who writes very explicit notes to the main character, depicting unwanted creepy sexually charged comments and written depictions of violence. Gore is not very frequent in the game, but there is a couple scenes of sudden drawn gore meant to be a bit shocking in a couple of the game's 8 endings.
