Pictures at an Exhibition is a piano suite composed by Modest Mussorgsky.

Its sixteen distinctive movements evoke individual artworks, along with the experience of walking through an exhibition hall, known as the Promenade.

(The suite is said to musically portray the composer's visit to a memorial exhibition of works by his late artist friend.)
