About This Game

One emergency call. Limited information. Your decision.

Take the dispatcher's seat in Dispatch Control, a simulation of fire and ambulance operations. Question callers, confirm locations, send suitable crews and follow incidents through to completion. As vehicles travel and updates arrive, another call may already be waiting. Set priorities and keep the bigger picture in view, even under pressure.

Listen, ask, assess

Handle emergency calls through selectable questions and responses. Establish the address and access route, identify hazards and calm distressed callers. Record new information in the incident file, handle callbacks and adjust your response as the situation develops.

Real places, your response area

Choose from 30 prepared cities across all 16 German federal states or search for another location. OpenStreetMap provides the foundation for roads, buildings, mapped stations and other locations. Track vehicles on the map and decide which nearby crew should take the next assignment.

Detailed routing uses available road data and simulation rules to account for factors such as vehicle dimensions, one-way streets, bridge clearances and railway crossings. Simulated roadworks and accident scenes can force a detour. Weather, turnout times and units already committed elsewhere also affect your planning.

Dispatch is only the beginning

Coordinate fires, medical emergencies and technical assistance. Respond to requests for additional units, arrange patient transport and hospital handovers, and maintain coverage elsewhere in your region. A vehicle can move straight to another incident, but only if its crew and equipment are ready. Fuel, water, breathing apparatus, breaks and maintenance turn every dispatch into a resource decision.

Work solo or share the shift

Play alone with simulated support or share a shift in online co-op through Steam with up to six players in total. Handle every task yourself or divide call-taking, dispatch and radio duties between your team. Calls and incident files have assigned owners and can be handed over, while the map, vehicles and incident status stay synchronized. Change the division of duties during the session.

From your first call to a major incident

A guided three-incident tutorial introduces the phone, dispatch and radio workflow. Progress through six campaign chapters from Bremerhaven to Berlin, with increasing call volume and new challenges. Improve your performance to earn up to five stars per chapter, or run your own shift in free play.

In career mode, recruit staff, organize shifts and training, and invest in vehicles and operational improvements. Track your progress through 60 in-game achievements.

Your control room, your workflow

Arrange dockable phone, map, incident and vehicle panels to suit your workflow. Manage multiple radio groups, status reports and the incident log. Pause or change the simulation speed, and keep your shift with autosave and manual saves.

The incident generator combines 24 scenario families with varying circumstances. An optional locally run language model adds scenario variations and caller reactions. It requires an additional model installation but no cloud AI account. The simulation also works without a language model. Conversations use selectable options, not free-form voice input.

Simulation notes

Dispatch Control is an entertainment game, not operational dispatch software or a certified training or medical product. Map data may be incomplete. Vehicles, staffing, hospital resources and procedures are simulated and do not represent a fully verified real-world control center. Travel times are estimates and road closures are simulated. Downloading map and road data and playing online co-op require an internet connection.
