About This Game

SOMETHING IS WRONG IN THIS FOREST.

After an accident in a remote region, Peter and Erick must find a way out before the night gets even worse.

But there are things in that forest that shouldn’t be there.

And they all seem to point to the same name: GENOCYTE

Plague Genesis blends horror, exploration, and close-range combat into a dark, cinematic 2D pixel art experience.

Face creatures up close, manage your stamina, dodge attacks, and find openings to counterattack.

You can fight.

That doesn’t mean you should feel safe.

EVERY STEP LEADS TO SOMETHING WORSE.

Explore rain-soaked forests, abandoned places, and areas marked by the presence of the mysterious Genocyte.

Find survivors, gather resources, and slowly uncover what happened in the region.

Some creatures attack without thinking.
