Plague Genesis combines the classic aesthetic of pixel art with modern psychological horror. Explore dark environments, solve challenging puzzles, and manage your resources while trying to escape. Every decision matters: the story is sequential, but your mistakes and poor choices can lead to grim and alternative endings.

Visceral Violence

When confrontation becomes inevitable, the perspective shifts and the blood begins to spill. The game features dynamic cutscenes and transitions into intense action sequences, delivering a brutal and uncensored visual experience.
