About The Game

Kleptomaniacs is a lighthearted, horror, co-op game where you and up to 3 other players team up and explore abandoned buildings in search of loot. 

You play as goblins working for a wizard overlord who has granted you the use of magic to combat the creatures lurking in the places he sends you to explore. This overlord is in search of magical artifacts that you and your band of goblins must collect for him.

You may also find other valuables that can be sold for a profit. With this money, you can purchase more spell books and learn new types of magic.

Key Features

Co-op Dungeon Crawling Play with friends online as a party of up to 4 players, each choosing a unique magical role — or brave the dungeons solo, if you dare!

Choose Your Magical Role Choose between the resilient Tank, the fast Scout, the strong Hunter, or the divine Healer. Each class plays a key role in party composition and comes with its own set of spells and abilities. Pick your role and customize your playstyle.

Spell Drawing Magic System To perform a spell, aim at your target, draw the corresponding symbol, and fire away. Be careful where you aim — you wouldn’t want to hit your companions!

Fully Playable on PC and in VR Enjoy the game seated at your desk or fully immersed in VR. Do all your friends have VR headsets but you don’t? Don’t worry — everyone can play together.

Explore Haunted Mansions The places the wizard overlord sends you to are dark and crawling with monsters. Navigate the shadowy corridors and keep an eye out — you never know what might be lurking in the dark. It might be a good idea not to travel alone.

Whether you're casting spells with precision on PC or wildly flailing your magic in VR, Kleptomaniacs delivers a chaotic, treasure-hunting adventure best enjoyed with friends — and a healthy appetite for loot!

Getting Started

Hosting and Joining Go to the picture frame resting on the couch. To host a session, press Host and a number will appear. Tell this number to your friends so they can join your session. To join someone else, get their lobby number and type it in.

Start a Round Go to the glass orb on the table and press E while looking at it. This will connect a portal to a random dungeon. Go up the stairs and jump into the portal.

Objective Find items with a yellow glow — these are the ones the wizard wants, and they are required to complete the dungeon. There will also be items that glow blue; these aren’t required but can be sold for extra cash to spend on spells. Once all the yellow-glowing items have been collected, throw them into the portal. It will then allow you to hop in afterward.
