Otherworld is a multiplayer narrative-driven horror-action game where you step into the boots of Survivors, Site Security, or members of the fanatical Collective, caught in the spiraling chaos of a research facility breached by a crystalline, ever-evolving infection.

🧬 The Story So Far

Terraturgy, a globally renowned biotech company, made its name developing life-saving vaccines and miraculous medical advancements. Behind the curtain, it entered a covert contract with the U.S. government, but they dug too deep.

What began as research turned to recklessness, their very own factions now at war with each other as something else spread inside what used to be their own facility.

The infection spreads. Secrets unravel. Loyalties fracture. And the one standing between it all? You.

⚔️ Choose Your Allegiance

• 🧍 Survivors
  Scrambling to survive the chaos, uncover Terraturgy’s secrets, and find a way out. Scavenge for supplies, access confidential documents, and dodge both monsters and mercenaries.

• 🛡️ Site Security (SiS)
  Heavily armed, well-equipped, and operating under strict orders: Protect Terraturgy Assets.

• ☣️ The Collective
  A cult masked as a morale project, hellbent on spreading the infection. To them, becoming infected is the next step in human evolution.

• Dynamic Facility Interactions: Repair, or destroy parts of the facility to gain access to new places- or ruin them for others.

• Dynamic Faction System: Align with different sides and experience unique storylines and goals.

• Infection Ecosystem: Adaptive enemies that evolve based on their surroundings—crystalline, fungal, animalistic, or horrifying masses of absorbed flesh.

• Environmental Lore: Discover hidden lab reports, newspaper clippings, and classified documents scattered across the facility.

• Faction War Events: Ongoing, story-altering updates where victories and losses shape the future of the map.
