“I believe Early Access is the best way to grow Hunter’s Hand into the tactical, replayable, and deeply atmospheric roguelike it’s meant to be. Player feedback is core to my design philosophy, and Early Access allows me to collaborate closely with the community as I expand content, balance mechanics, and refine every aspect of gameplay.

“I anticipate remaining in Early Access for approximately 12 to 18 months, depending on community feedback, feature development, and content creation progress. However, I’ll remain flexible to ensure quality and completeness come first.”

“I plan to will expand significantly upon the current demo. Plans include:

Two additional fully playable characters (with unique card pools, subclasses, and mechanics)

Two new biomes and Ancients (bosses), each with environmental effects

Dozens of new enemies, encounters, and narrative clues

Expanded relic and subclass systems

Deeper rogue-like progression and unlock paths

Fully polished visuals, animations, and sound design

Accessibility features and controller/touch optimizations

My goal is to evolve the game into a rich and varied experience without compromising on balance, pacing, or theme.”

“The Early Access build includes:

One playable character: the Radiant Defender

Over 100 cards, multiple subclasses, and unique relic synergies

The Forest biome with hand-crafted encounters and one Ancient: The Black She-Goat

Procedural maps, status effects, and enemy variations

Early versions of relics, status systems, and challenges

Placeholder animations, artwork and effects in some areas, with core systems functional and polished

The game is playable from start to end of a run, and systems are actively refined based on feedback.”

Kommer spelet att prissättas annorlunda under och efter Early Access?

“Yes. I plan to gradually raise the price as new content, characters, and systems are added. The Early Access price reflects the current scope and will increase over time as the game grows toward its full release.”

“Community feedback is essential. Players can:

  • Join the Hunter’s Hand Discord to report bugs, share ideas, and vote in feature polls
  • Participate in card design contests and suggest balance changes
