“We expect Northern Light to stay in Early Access for about 9–12 months. However, we’re open to extending that timeline if it means delivering a more complete and polished experience.”

“The full version will expand on the foundation laid during Early Access. We plan to add:

More biomes and regions to explore

Expanded building system with more structure types

More plant species and a more detailed growing system

Enhanced sleeping system with dreams and seasonal time shifts

Music and audio layers to deepen immersion

We also plan to improve visuals, optimize performance, and polish the overall feel of the game based on player input.”

“The current version offers a playable slice of the intended experience:

A large open wilderness to explore

Basic farming and harvesting

Simple structure building

Time management through sleeping

No combat or quests — just calm, immersive gameplay
