«Northern Light is a quiet, personal experience — and we believe the best way to shape it is by listening to real players. Early Access gives us a chance to build the game together with the community, refining its atmosphere, balance, and features through genuine feedback. We want to make a world you’ll want to return to — and your insight will help us get there.»

Hvor lenge antas det at dette spillet vil være i tidlig tilgang?

«We expect Northern Light to stay in Early Access for about 9–12 months. However, we’re open to extending that timeline if it means delivering a more complete and polished experience.»

«The full version will expand on the foundation laid during Early Access. We plan to add:

More biomes and regions to explore

Expanded building system with more structure types

More plant species and a more detailed growing system

Weather-based survival mechanics (temperature, wind, storms)

Enhanced sleeping system with dreams and seasonal time shifts

Music and audio layers to deepen immersion

We also plan to improve visuals, optimize performance, and polish the overall feel of the game based on player input.»

«The current version offers a playable slice of the intended experience:

A large open wilderness to explore

Basic farming and harvesting

Simple structure building

No combat or quests — just calm, immersive gameplay

This is an atmospheric early development stage single-player first-person game.
You find yourself on a remote island where you must survive and grow plants. Explore the wild nature, build primitive infrastructure, tend to your crops, interact with the environment, manage time through sleep, and try to keep your sanity in complete isolation.

There’s no rush — the story doesn’t push you forward. You choose how to live each day.
