About This Game

Inspired by a true experience

You wake up in a damp hospital room in the winter of 1992 with a splitting headache. The first thing you find is your own death certificate. Hospital rooms are filled with terrible smells and deformed people.

You'll never forget what you witness as you descend deeper

The hospital's roof is 6 meters underground. The only way out is to learn the truth. The only way to learn the truth is to reach the negative fourth floor.

Simple choices have major consequences

A simple decision you make will determine whether Emily Halloway survives. But to understand the consequences of your decision and, most importantly, who you are, you'll need to return to where you started. Because you know... Everything ends where it begins.
