About This Software

Unlike mainstream desktop wallpaper effect programs, ForepaperEngine is an application that displays frontend content at the topmost layer of your desktop. This means it overlays a fully transparent, full-featured browser engine window above all your application windows, which provides 100% support for mainstream frontend technologies like HTML/CSS/JS, enabling personalized content development based on these standard web technologies.
