Miksi Early Access?

We believe Farm to Table will become a much better game by growing together with the community. Early Access gives us the opportunity to gather real player feedback on the core gameplay loop of farming, cooking, building, and restaurant management.

Balancing progression, economy, and content pacing is especially important for a management game like this. We want to make sure the player’s journey feels rewarding, that new systems unlock at the right time, and that the overall gameplay flow feels smooth and enjoyable rather than overwhelming or repetitive.

Player feedback helps us understand what feels fun, what needs improvement, and how we can create the best possible experience. We also want to shape the game alongside our players, improving systems and expanding the experience based on community feedback rather than building everything in isolation.

Miten kauan peli tulee arviolta olemaan Early Access -vaiheessa?

We currently expect Farm to Table to remain in Early Access for approximately 6 to 12 months. However, this timeline may remain flexible depending on community feedback and the overall development process.

Our goal is to take the time needed to improve the game properly, polish the experience, and make sure the full version reaches the quality we aim for rather than rushing the process.

Millä tavoin lopullinen versio tulee eroamaan Early Access -versiosta?

We plan for the full version of Farm to Table to significantly expand both the depth and the overall scope of the experience.

This includes more recipes, crops, animals, deeper restaurant management systems, expanded staff management, automation systems, more customization options, seasonal events, and stronger progression systems.

We also plan to expand island exploration, allowing players to discover more ingredients in the wild, go fishing, and unlock new ways to grow and produce food. In the full version, players will also be able to sell their home-grown farm produce directly to customers through their own Farmers’ Market, adding another layer to the farming and business side of the game.

Many players have also asked about co-op. We’d love that, but it also depends on player support. The first version of the game will launch as a singleplayer experience, and the support and interest we see around release will help us better evaluate the possibility of adding co-op in the future.

Mikä on Early Access -version tila tällä hetkellä?

The Early Access version of Farm to Table already offers the full core gameplay experience, centered around farming, cooking, building, and restaurant management.

Players can grow crops, cook and serve dishes in their restaurant, go fishing, explore the island for wild ingredients, hire staff, manage their restaurant, and customize both their farm and restaurant to match their own style.

The game also includes production systems using machines to create more advanced ingredients, as well as the Farmers’ Market where players can sell their home-grown produce directly to customers.

Our goal is to provide around 30–40 hours of gameplay in Early Access, with a strong foundation of systems and progression already in place, while continuing to expand and improve the experience based on player feedback throughout development.

Muuttuuko pelin hinta Early Access -vaiheen jälkeen?

We plan to offer Farm to Table at a lower price during Early Access and gradually increase the price as we add more content, features, and improvements throughout development.

As the game grows in scope and depth, the price will better reflect the overall amount of content and the full experience. Players who join us early during Early Access will be able to support the game from the beginning and benefit from the lower entry price.

Miten yhteisö otetaan mukaan kehitysprosessiin?

Community feedback is one of the most important parts of our development process. Our Discord server is our most active space, where we stay in constant communication with players, gather feedback, discuss ideas, and listen to suggestions directly from the community.

We are also active on Steam Discussions, making sure players can easily share their thoughts, report issues, and help us improve the game.

We plan to share regular development updates, roadmap progress, and balance changes based on player feedback. Community voting and ongoing discussions on Discord will also help us better understand what players care about most and which features should be prioritized as development continues.

We want Farm to Table to grow together with its players, and community involvement will remain a core part of that process throughout Early Access.
