“We've decided to use the Early Access model for multiple reasons. From the inception of My Pet Hooligan, we have been community first; we believe that community-driven feedback is key to delivering a game experience that our users want and truly enjoy.

My Pet Hooligan is AMGI Studios’ debut title and is being developed on Unreal Engine 5, there’s a lot of new tech and systems being explored in innovative ways, and we’ll need to ensure that we’ve worked through all the kinks.

Finally, My Pet Hooligan has an ambitious roadmap to include new gameplay elements, mechanics and game modes, operating in Early Access gives us the opportunity to develop closely with the community. Once we’ve delivered our plans, we can officially leave Early Access”

“We are currently targeting Q2 2026 for the full game release, but we will take as long as needed to deliver a compelling experience”

정식 버전은 앞서 해보기 버전과 어떻게 달라지나요?

“Early Access will include initial versions of all core features but they will be in active development and may change before the final release. Early Access will include an initial set of co-op missions and content and a great deal more will be added by the final release. Additional Gadgets and Perks will be added between Early Access and final release as well.”

앞서 해보기 버전은 현재 어떤 상태인가요?

“The Early Access version will include core gameplay features in an initial state, but only a limited amount of co-op missions and story content will be available. The Early Access version also includes PvP modes and free-roam city exploration on dedicated servers, a wide range of Weapons and several Gadgets, many cosmetic items and customization.”

앞서 해보기 기간 전후로 게임 가격이 달라지나요?

“No definitive plans yet, but it is likely that the price will be increased after leaving the Early Access period.”

개발 과정에서 어떻게 커뮤니티와 소통할 계획인가요?

“We keep our community at the heart of our development process, with our Discord server as the main hub for discussions, feedback, and ideas. Players can drop their feature requests and suggestions in the "Suggestions" channel, where our team actively listens and engages.

We believe in open communication, so we regularly discuss upcoming changes with the community to get early feedback. We also have a dedicated test group that gets hands-on with new builds before they go public, working closely with our dev team to refine features and ensure smooth gameplay.

Once features are tested in this group, they roll out to a public test branch for even more player input before finally making their way into the live game. This process keeps evolving based on what works best for our players, because at the end of the day, we're building this experience together!”
