Super simple, no fuss

A lightweight tool that turns MP4, WEBM, or GIF into live wallpapers—instantly.

What it does

• Works without internet, too

• Neat system tray controls

• Low resource usage

• Upload/download Steam Workshop straight from the tray

• Auto-cleans missing items from the list

Two weird bonus toys

• MP4 → GIF (720p) – a test tool from developing DynamicDesktop. Great quality, but huge file size.
• Custom mouse buttons – tired of useless side buttons but don’t want extra drivers.
