About This Game

This World Is Over is a survival and exploration game set in a post-apocalyptic world, developed with Unreal Engine 5. Play as Charlotte, a resource hunter in a world devastated by a deadly virus, where every decision you make will shape your destiny.

The Story

"It has been a year since the outbreak of that cursed virus. The permanent clouds of smoke and dust remind us of the disaster we are capable of causing. There is no cure; if you get infected, you become one of those damned things (zombies), unless you are part of the 1% who, for some cursed reason, are immune to the virus. A blessing? At first, you think it's a relief to be immune, yes, but after losing everyone you know, one by one... I wouldn't call that a 'blessing'. We were forced to abandon our towns and cities to scrape by in the mountains and the wasteland (desert). Most of us are immune, yes, but things haven't gotten better there either. Those damned raiders enforce the law of the strongest to steal the resources we work so hard to recover. Those of us who refuse to steal are scavengers or resource hunters, venturing into towns, cities, and dead zones to recover anything useful. You are our best resource hunter, Charlotte, and that has been your role until now. But you've earned the right to be free and go your own way. How you use that freedom is up to you. Out there, you have an entire world to write your own story, but remember... This world is over."
