I, the undersigned, acting as the Licensor and developer of the game titled "Dusty", hereby declare the following:

1. All content used in the game "Dusty", including but not limited to 3D models, textures, music, sound effects, animations, code, and any other assets, are either:

- Originally created by our development team,
- Licensed for commercial use from verified sources (e.g., Unity Asset Store, sound libraries, etc.),
- Or sourced from public domain or royalty-free libraries with proper rights and usage conditions.

2. No unauthorized third-party intellectual property has been used in this project. This includes trademarks, copyrighted material, or any content protected under intellectual property laws without proper licensing or permission.

3. We affirm that we have full rights and authorization to distribute "Dusty" on the Steam platform and take full responsibility for all content included within the game.
