END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)
Introduction:
This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and the licensor ("Licensor") for the use of Dusty ("Software"). By installing, copying, or using this Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
Grant of License:
The Licensor grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Software solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not distribute, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or resell the Software.
Ownership:
The Software is owned and copyrighted by the Licensor. This Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software but only a limited right to use it.

Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Software.

Termination:
This Agreement is effective until terminated. The Licensor may terminate this Agreement if you fail to comply with its terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Software.
Disclaimer of Warranty:
The Software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Licensor does not guarantee that the Software will function without errors or interruptions.
Limitation of Liability:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Licensor is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Software.
Server Access and Support:
The Licensor may, at any time, discontinue access to the servers, stop providing support, cease updates, or no longer fix bugs within the Software. The Licensor is not obligated to continue providing server access, technical support, or updates. Users acknowledge that the availability of the Software and its services may change without prior notice.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for any statements made in the game’s chat, including but not limited to, those related to family values, political matters, propaganda, offensive language, and similar content. The person who writes such content is solely responsible for it. The Licensor does not have any obligation to monitor or control the content shared in the game chat.
