A Fantasy Action RPG demo. "We're neither humans, nor spirits. We're the bridge between the two. We are immortals within mortal bodies. Our given name is Select Few. We had a beginning and an ending to our misguided ways. Had we not been chosen for such a task, we would've met the end of our days."

About This Demo

The purpose of this demo is to gauge interest and establish proof of concept of the Cytro-Verse through a standalone Prologue to Supreme Heroes told from the perspective of Yeaslin, long before he selects a successor from Earth to take on the name of "Cytro" and his heroic responsibilities.

Set in the ancient immortal realm of Haven, long before humans existed, you play as the defender of Empyrea, Yeaslin (Cytro), defending against the wretched Equinox who have tarnished the kingdom through 1000 years of war. Led by the treacherous fallen hero, Lucas, and his devious brother Nigel, the Equinox seek to oust the Emperor of Light, rule over all of creation, and prevent the ongoing formation of the mortal realm, which would strand "Earth" in its unfinished state of swirling cosmic debris, never to form the planet we call home, never to cultivate "the chosen one", who is the only threat to Lucas's existence, according to the Album of Records.

  • Learn the way of the Heroes. Retrieve and retain Orbs (your primary source of strength). Orbs are everything! Always be mindful of your Orb Gauge (Mana) and Orb Vitality (Health). Should your opponent manage to deal damage to you, you'll lose Orbs, your very essence! Each hit drains from both your Orb Vitality and your Orb Gauge, making Magic use much more difficult. Retrieve lost Orbs and dropped Orblettes to maintain vitality.

  • Navigate the Empyrean and Earthly battlefields, protect your allies, vanquish the Equinox scum, and defeat General Nigel to expel the Equinox threat from the realms and liberate both planets of the blight that has taken too many lives!

While crafting is very limited in this "Thousand Years War" Prologue, due to your weapon already having been masterfully forged from the greatest minerals not yet known to man and maxed out with pinnacle properties, you may still:

  • Collect hidden loot, health items, and minerals in this Roguelike Action RPG Demo, and make use of the Hot Bar, which lets you have a more persistent and customizable slot menu where you can move or replace items straight from your collection however you wish.

Combat in this demo involves Swordplay as well as Magic Projectiles in the form of 1 Short Spell and 1 Long Spell. As a Supreme Hero, you start out with your abilities maxed out, giving you a preview of every ability in the game, including gliding, flying, sprinting, double jumping, revealing hidden objects, and the free-flow Blitz attack.

The Fighting doesn't end after the "Thousand Years War". What began in Empyrea reaches across dimensions and threatens to lay waste to Earth, giving you a gauntlet of extra bosses to face in this demo.

If you survive the "Thousand Years War, you will need to:

  • Navigate through alternative historical landmarks, from the likes of Ancient Greece to the Western Front where you'll be met with Bosses possessed by Nigel's spirit. Defeat them and keep traveling toward present day as Yeaslin searches for the Chosen One throughout the centuries, finding minerals for smelting along the way. The end of this Prologue starts with Chapter One of the official Supreme Heroes game, coming soon.

Show them what it means to be a Supreme Hero!
