«I believe Early Access is the perfect fit for SUPER SHAPESHOOTER because it's a highly system-driven game. As of now, all the foundational systems are in place, allowing me to rapidly introduce new content. By inviting players to join early in development, I hope to integrate community feedback and suggestions while expanding the game’s content.»

«I plan for SUPER SHAPESHOOTER to remain in Early Access for less than a year.»

«The full version of SUPER SHAPESHOOTER will be significantly larger. I plan to introduce hundreds of new items, unique playable characters, and a variety of new enemies and bosses. I also plan on adding features like: New Game+ and unique game modes, such as a boss training mode and challenge runs to the game.

The final version should offer tens of hours of gameplay for those aiming to 100% it.»

Hva er nåværende tilstand for versjonen i tidlig tilgang?

«The Early Access version currently features 1 playable character and around 70 unique items. The game consists of 20 waves, with 7 unique bosses appearing along the way. New items are unlocked by completing challenges during runs, providing meta progression. The game also has a meta upgrades for the player which are purchasable using a meta game currency earned at the end of every run.

Based on feedback from playtesters, completing 100% of the current content takes approximately 6-10 hours.»

«There are no plans to change the price upon full release.»

«Please join the Discord server! There are dedicated channels for player suggestions and bug reports, and I’ll be actively engaging in discussions to gather feedback and shape SUPER SHAPESHOOTER into the best game it can be.

SUPER SHAPESHOOTER is a fast-paced, top-down, stylized survival action game. Take on relentless waves of enemy shapes as you fight for your survival. Save up your credits, make risky choices, and construct the perfect build to make your way through to the end.

Gameplay

  • Run-Length - A full run takes around 20 minutes.

  • Unlocks - New items have to be unlocked by completing unique challenges.

  • Dual-Wield - Wield two weapons at once, combining different firing patterns and weapon types.

  • Shop - Spend your hard earned credits between waves to buy new weapons, trinkets and abilities.

  • Wager - You decide how difficult a wave will be.

  • Abilities - Use powerful abilities ranging from screen-clearing explosions to companion turrets.

  • Trinkets - Buy and equip unique trinkets which provide stat boosts, special abilities or game-changing modifiers.

  • Consumables - Buy one time consumable items which modify the rules of the game without taking up any inventory space!
