When the Wildflowers Leave is an engaging narrative-focused RPG. Cross the continent and stop through an anthology of meteor-stricken towns, all while carefully convincing them to harbor a radical. Commit to decisions that shift you and your companions’ mental dilemmas, and make the ultimate choice for or against uncomfortable change.

Make decisions in a branching dialog system that reacts back

It's all up to you. Decisions are tracked to change character mental states, close and open unique plot lines, and to ultimately conclude whether you accept the way this continent is heading. Your crew takes what you say to heart too; choose to help or hurt your companions on each of their own mental dilemmas throughout the trek.

You're each needed to make this work

Fish Town has numbed your life into boredom and complacency, but escaping is an impossible choice to make. Even if your friends are gone, leaving would mean betraying your family and hometown that needs your help-- and where would you even choose to move? Now the world is ending and the mayor has made the guilty choice for you; it's time to leave.

He's confident the last few decades were a mistake; he has seen the Treaty's afflictions first hand. A wound festers with this old doctor, but asking for help has only ever made things more difficult for him.

Kaetūroa is a young continent with a stubborn ecosystem

Old growth forests are dense, terrain varies wildly, and Megafauna still roams wild. Towns and states are scattered around and are beginning to scale in spite of it all. The Distance Treaties Act was signed by all states to ensure peace among all, but folks are starting to experience it’s flaws. Wild towns are starting to get enveloped by a capital city causing growing political tension. Now an unexpected meteor shower has just thrown daily life off course and you’re right in the thick of it.
