I'm using Early Access to add significant content updates and tune the difficulty based on what real players tell me is too easy, too hard, or just right. Your feedback directly shapes which spells feel powerful, which enemy waves feel fair, and which songs make you feel like a god wizard.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“I am targeting a short Early Access period of 6–9 months. The goal is not to stay in EA development forever, but to polish the existing experience for the 1.0 release.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“More songs, more maps, more enemy types, and more customization options. Potentially more spells and more companions as well. Depending on player feedback, I also plan to add a meta progression system. The 1.0 version will be the complete experience RHYTHMIC deserves.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Stable and fully playable. Right now you get:

* 10 songs across 3 difficulties
* 3 maps with unique enemy types, each with their own abilities
* 3 spells + 1 ultimate spell
* Global leaderboards for every song/difficulty combo
* The tree companions Drog & Bog (helpful… sometimes)
* 8 achievements including 3 monster slayer progression tracks
* 28 unlockable customizations

About This Game

RHYTHMIC is a VR spell-combat game where music is LITERALLY magic! 
The rhythm will spawn mana particles that you must collect to conjure your spells. Each song is one round of intense physics-based magic combat. Stand as the last defender of your realm against relentless waves of enemies, intent on breaching your gate.

Feel the music and gather your mana. Throw spells at invaders and exploit their weaknesses! Each map hosts a different kind of enemy type, each with their own unique abilities. Prove your coordination and cunning to survive each song.

The music is the source of all power in this realm! Magical particles spawn in tune with the rhythm. Catch as many as you can to power your spells!

They will attack relentlessly! Aim well, exploit each enemy's weakness with the right kind of magic, and play around their abilities to be as effective as possible!

Watch out! Some enemies will fight back. Avoid their attacks or lose your charged mana, take too many hits and you will face an early defeat! 

⚔️ Not Your Typical Rhythm Game

RHYTHMIC borrows from several genres but plays like none of them. It doesn't set the focus on hitting beat maps perfectly, but first and foremost you're here to defend your gate. The music conjures your mana resources, and you decide what to do with it. Your performance depends on your reflexes, your aim, and your tactical choices under pressure.
