About This Demo

Welcome to the ChessFinity demo — a playable slice of our chess-variant hub where 3D boards, new rules, and Mana Chess deckbuilding turn every match into something different.

This demo focuses on solo play (vs AI or self-play) and includes a limited set of curated presets across five modes, plus a selection of puzzles and mini-games.

WHAT’S IN THE DEMO

Solo presets (vs AI or yourself) across 5 modes:

• Classic — traditional chess rules, ready to play.

• Mana Chess — deckbuilding chess: build a deck and spend mana to deploy pieces.

• Modded (3D Chess) — play variants on multi-level 3D boards and unusual layouts.

• Co-op (2v2) — team setups you can try in solo presets.

• FFA — chaotic free-for-all presets (solo-focused in this demo).

Mini-games & challenges:

• A taste of puzzles and short-form modes designed around 3D boards and variant rules.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN EARLY ACCESS

Early Access expands ChessFinity beyond this demo with:

• Online multiplayer and improved multiplayer support.

• More presets in every mode (more boards, more rule sets, more matchups).

• More puzzles and mini-games, with additional challenge content.

• Customisation mode (broader setup tools for creating and experimenting with your own games).
