Pourquoi choisir l'accès anticipé ?

« Kult Rising will continue to receive major content updates on a regular basis for the foreseeable future. It is also an immersive sim designed around many interconnected game modes. This will allow the community to engage with and test out the game mechanics, while we can finish out the story behind the scenes, allowing for community input to be the driving force for the game design, while also allowing us to release the entire first arc of the story all at once. »

« As we implement more features and modes, we will be incrementally increasing the price of the game. The next increase is estimated to be in the spring of 2025.

At the moment, the game consists of 4 levels: Level 0 - the Yellowrooms, Level 1 - the Habitable Zone, Level 37 - the Poolrooms, and Level ██ - the Pinkrooms.

When the game launches we plan on giving you access to the story mode, which is the intended focus of the game. We plan on this gameplay loop largely revolving around survival crafting mechanics, where you will recruit NPCs and build up your Kult. The full release is planned to be much more narratively driven than early access. »

« We have a discord where we have channels for discussing the game, as well as giving suggestions. We are implementing a robust bug reporting system for players to give feedback on any issues they encounter live in the game, and we are building a steam workshop system to allow artists from the community to create custom cosmetics and officially add them to the game, where we will split profits with them. »

Kult Rising is a atmospheric immersive sim set in the Sxlaris Universe, with a focus on a survival/building sandbox.

Phase I: The Backrooms

Explore the seemingly infinite complex as you adventure through liminal, surreal, and dreamcore levels.

Customizable Experience:

Whether or not you think there should be entities in the Backrooms, you can experience the game how you like. By default, most Backrooms levels are devoid of entities, however equipping the Mark of the Kult, will cause them to spawn.

Levels:

The Backrooms in Kult Rising are a new canon, and don't use a full leveling system. However, areas of the levels in game are inspired by the various levels in classic Backrooms lore.

Level 1: The Backrooms

  • Level 0, Level 1, Level 2, Level 3, Level 4, 

Level 2: The Entertainment Complex

  • Level 15, Level Fun, Level 40, the Playrooms

Level 3: The Poolrooms

  • Level 7, Level 37

Level 4: The Yard

  • Level 9, Level 94, Level 8

Phase II: Survive

The Ashlands:

Welcome to limbo, an ashen hellscape overrun by scavengers, and ruled by a ████. Craft, build, and struggle to survive in this partially open world, SCP riddled wasteland.

Build:

Harvest resources and build your bases, leaving your mark on this barren world.

Fight:
Craft/scavenge weapons to fight through scavenger compounds throughout the desert.

Loot:

Loot bodies, crates, structures, and compounds to collect better gear and more valuable items.

As we implement more features, Kult Rising will be gradually increasing in price. The next increase is estimated to be: Summer 2025 

Note: Kult Rising follows the Sxlaris canon of both the SCP Foundation, and The Backrooms, more info can be found on our Wiki.

Second Note: To avoid confusion with existing SCPs, any SCPs unique to the Sxlaris universe have an "x" designation in their name (i.e SCP-x173 instead of SCP-173).
