“I want to build this game with the community, which means gathering feedback early and before the game is complete.”

“I'd like to keep HFI in early access for roughly 12 months. I want there to be plenty of time for further content updates and feedback from the community.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version will have more of everything - classes, achievements, story. The biggest milestone for the 1.0 release will be the conclusion to the first arc of the narrative.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“Content up to level 100 for each of the four available classes. This includes all of the core gameplay systems needed for those classes.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes, the price will increase once early access is complete. I want to reward the community members who play HFI in early access.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“I want to have constant conversations about the game's development in the official HFI discord server. This will involve gathering feedback and showing a roadmap for future content.”

Graphics Overhaul + Roadmap

HFI is currently going through a huge graphics overhaul!

An artist has joined the team so we are in the process of reskinning the entire game and overhauling the UI. Visuals on the Steam page represent a transition to the new style. Once the transition is complete, we will post a new trailer!

About This Game

High Fantasy Idle is an RPG where you get to play a variety of classes in a fantasy world. Discover more and more about the world as you unlock more classes to play and more powerful abilities. Gather hundreds of achievements and discover little secrets hidden all over the game. Play HFI at your own pace and unravel your destiny!

  • Play all of the different classes to level them up. Unlock powerful perks and new gameplay!

  • Rebirthing grants powerful stat bonuses to not just the class you are playing, but ALL classes you have unlocked.

  • Each class has unique gameplay and powers up the classes you already have. Continue to progress to unlock powerful, permanent features that change how you play the game.

  • Unlock hundreds of achievements that power you up even further. Can you find all the secret ones? Hint: Look above!

  • Big numbers! It's an incremental RPG! What's a septillion anyway?

  • A classic, engaging good vs. evil story that reveals itself little by little as you play.

  • Play at your own pace by using idle systems and offline progression.

  • Start idling mere minutes into starting the game, or play fully active!

  • No pay-to-win mechanics, microtransactions, or ads, ever.

  • No AI whatsoever.
