Welcome to Primordial Empire, a microscopic RTS where you build a miniscule empire through symbiosis and evolution in a vibrant world of micro-organisms.

Strategic Management

• Cultivate a thriving colony by growing a diverse array of plants and organisms on any solid surface, starting with basic Stem Cells and eventually growing into a diverse ecosystem.

• Gather and manage essential resources like protein, minerals, and DNA, or trade them between colonies if not locally available. Balance resource management and growth.

• Expand your colony and build up your defence to protect the budding ecosystem from waves of hostile invaders. Sometimes, fighting is your only option.

Explore & Encounter 

• Explore 6 different types of colourful and distinct biomes: Lush, Salt Barrens, Caves, Mineralized, Fungal and Hydrothermal. Each biome presents unique challenges and strategic resources

• Choose to befriend neutral wildlife or compete against them, affecting their stances and your colony's strategy. Are they helpful allies or threats to eliminate?

Genetic Evolution

• Encounter new plants and cells in your adventures and add them to your collective. Each of them offers unique effects and bonuses for expanding your microscopic empire.

• Evolve and adapt to the ever-changing biomes by unlocking new genes for your genome. Only the fittest can survive!

World Map Progression

• Enter the world map of freeplay mode to explore and dominate the primordial soup.

• Establish trade routes between your settlements to transfer resources while protecting them from unfriendly entities.

• Invade hostile areas with your expeditionary forces, and remove these foreign threats to secure your own colonies.

• Explore new areas and discover upgrades and organisms to build a sprawling network of ecosystems.
