About This Demo

This demo provides 20 minutes of solid gameplay. It is a story-driven visual novel, an interactive fiction game with combat minigames.  Your minigame outcomes affect the narrative branching and the trajectory your character takes thoughout the story. 

The demo offers a vertical slice of the complete experience found in the full game.

The character begins in medias res, otherwise known as, the Edifice Ruin, the Tomb of the current DreamWeaver, a guardian that protects the land of Xoru.

Your character descends into the Tomb, and you need to make a choice: Ascend the spiral staircase, or descend into the scary smoky exit?

Ascending the staircase leads into a combat minigame:

The demo concludes after many twists and turns with a showdown with a gang of wraiths in the Domed Room:
