About This Game

Galactic Realms: Quest for the Forgotten is a first-person, 1–4 player co-op dungeon crawler and PvE-only extraction RPG where dark fantasy collides with forgotten technology.

Gear up in a shared, persistent underground realm, then descend into an ever-changing dimensional rift dungeon powered by the Galactic Grid Matrix™, a modular system that stitches handcrafted zones into new layouts every expedition. Decide how far you’re willing to push for rarer loot… or extract before the dungeon takes it back.

No pay-to-win. No microtransactions. No loot boxes. Your power comes from gameplay, skill, teamwork, and smart decisions.

  • Prepare your loadout (and your Drake) in the underground realm

  • Descend into the shifting rift dungeon - new layout every expedition

  • Fight brutal PvE threats, adapt on the fly, and claim rare loot

  • Choose when to push deeper… and when to extract

  • Keep what you extract with and everything else is at risk

Play for 20 minutes or 20 hours. Jump in for a quick extraction run or stay for a deep crawl.

This isn’t procedural “noise.” Every expedition rewrites itself from a rotating pool of handcrafted zones for each segment, reconnected through a dynamic grid logic, so no two runs play the same.

Each expedition reshuffles each time you enter:

  • Routes and room connections

  • Encounters locations, enemy variation, and evolving modifier

  • Loot outcomes and risk/reward decisions

Going down can cost you your run but you may have options.

  • Re-enter the dungeon to recover what you can and extract with it

  • Work with your squad on a rescue and revive

  • But time is not on your side, and the dungeon doesn’t wait

In Quest for the Forgotten, you don’t pick a class. Your abilities, equipment, and choices shape how your character plays over time.

  • Skills evolve through use and progress is mastery, not an XP grind

  • Initial character creation stat points choices help guide your focus (no path is locked)

  • Extract gear and artifacts to grow stronger across runs

  • Your build is defined by what you earn… and what you survive with

Between expeditions, you return to a persistent underground world and not a menu lobby. It’s a mini-MMO-style experience.

It’s a living cavern realm with a town, surrounding zones, and sprawling cave networks where multiple parties can be exploring and fighting at the same time:

  • Player driven economy, vendors, questing, planning, and loadout prep

  • Crafting and professions. Turn hard-won resources into gear, tools, and long-term progression.

  • Open PvE camps, roaming threats, and contested areas beyond the town

  • A realm where the light governs the world below, reshaping the land, changing the enemies, and what you can find.

We’re building toward a world where the rift doesn’t stay contained and where threats can spill into the underground realm through large‑scale invasions and raid‑style events turning the “safe” world into the battlefield.

As development continues, the underground realm will grow:

  • More zones, caves, and contested PvE camps

  • World events and major threats that rally the community

  • Housing districts and long-term identity systems

(Some features are planned for future updates; timing will be shared through official announcements.)

Drakes aren’t cosmetic pets. They’re companion characters that grow alongside you.

  • Its own stat rolls and combat identity (no two are the same)

  • Elemental resistances with strengths and vulnerabilities that matter

  • 6 visible gear slots (Head, Neck/Chest, Gauntlets, Wing Guards, Tail Blade, Shoulders)

  • 100+ visual variants, made even more distinct by the gear you earn and craft

  • Skills evolve through use

Some Drake variants are released as limited legacy finds and as more are discovered, they become harder to uncover, keeping rarity meaningful through gameplay (not purchases).

No pay-to-win. No microtransactions. Your power comes from gameplay, skill, teamwork, and smart decisions.

  • No in-game store

  • No premium currency

  • No paid loot boxes

  • No paid boosts or “convenience” power

  • No battle passes / paid reward tracks

We plan to support ongoing development through the base game (box price) and traditional expansions/content packs.
