It's more than just a game.

The code and most of the assets of the game will be distributed under free licenses.

The game will include a course on developing shooters of various styles from scratch using exclusively open source software.

Each sound, texture and model will be created by you in a "test" project from scratch.

The assembly will also include materials on various implementations of weapons in computer games. Comparison with combat units, and options for implementing recoil, from hardcore to arcade.

The course will be useful for both experienced developers and absolute beginners who want to learn how to make games from scratch.
