Why Early Access?

“We are releasing Vineyard Harem in Early Access because its story is still in active development. The current build contains a playable first arc of 10 chapters, ending when a new life begins at Vale Rossi rather than when the larger story is resolved. We plan to develop the continuation with the community instead of deciding every remaining relationship and story beat in isolation.

Player feedback will help us decide how much attention the next part gives to Elena, Nadia, and Ivy; which vineyard, household, and romance threads should be explored more deeply; and how the three relationships should develop alongside one another.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect Vineyard Harem to remain in Early Access for approximately 3 to 6 months.

This is an estimate rather than a fixed deadline. The schedule may change according to the direction of community feedback and the amount of new story, artwork, and relationship content developed for the full version.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to continue beyond the open ending of Chapter 10 with additional story chapters. We intend to develop new events at Vale Rossi, further relationship development for Elena, Nadia, and Ivy, and additional illustrated story and gallery content.

The exact balance and ordering of this material are not final. Feedback on favorite characters, unresolved story threads, pacing, and the kinds of moments players want to see explored will influence which parts receive the most development before the full release.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“The current Early Access version contains the first playable story arc: 10 chapters following Kerem's arrival at Vale Rossi, the threatened harvest, and the beginning of his relationships with Elena, Nadia, and Ivy. It includes nine story-driven adult encounters with gallery replays and standard visual-novel features such as save, load, rollback, and skip.

The build ends at the start of the household's new arrangement. The chapters that continue this situation, deepen the three relationships, and carry the story toward its full conclusion have not yet been added.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“We do not currently plan to change the price during or after Early Access.

Vineyard Harem is intended to remain at the same base price for the full release.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“We will use Steam Discussions and update posts to ask for feedback after new content releases. Players will be invited to comment on which of the three relationships need more development, which unresolved vineyard and household threads are most interesting, the balance between story and intimate content, and the pacing of new chapters.

We will use recurring themes in that feedback when choosing the emphasis and order of upcoming chapters and scenes. Technical reports will also be tracked alongside this content-focused feedback.”
