Why Early Access?

“We want to release BitBeasts in Early Access because we believe the game will benefit from player feedback during development. Early Access will allow us to improve the gameplay, balance, progression and overall experience based on feedback from the community while continuing to add new content.”

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

“We currently expect BitBeasts to remain in Early Access for approximately 8–12 months. This is an estimate, and the exact duration will depend on the development progress and the feedback we receive from the community.”

How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?

“The full version is planned to include additional ships, weapons, creatures, content, progression and gameplay improvements. We also plan to continue improving balance, polish and quality based on player feedback throughout Early Access.

Our goal is for the full release to provide a more complete and polished experience, with more content and a more refined progression system than the initial Early Access version.”

What is the current state of the Early Access version?

“BitBeasts is currently in active development. The Early Access version will feature the core gameplay loop, ship progression, equipment and weapon systems, multiple ship families, creatures and other major gameplay systems.

The game is fully playable, but some content and systems are still being developed and refined. During Early Access, we will continue adding content, improving existing systems, balancing gameplay and fixing bugs based on player feedback.”

Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?

“Yes. BitBeasts will be offered at a lower price during Early Access. We plan to increase the price when the game leaves Early Access and reaches its full release, reflecting the additional content, features and improvements added during development.”

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

“The main way we plan to communicate with the community will be through our Discord server. We will use Discord to collect player feedback, discuss upcoming features and changes, share development updates, and communicate directly with players.

Player feedback will help us identify issues, improve balance and gameplay, and decide which areas of the game need further attention during Early Access.”
