“本作是一款以三国历史为题材的策略战棋角色扮演游戏。虽是像素风，但角色立绘、场景环境都绘制得相当不错。游戏的文本内容相当丰富，制作组明显在三国历史上和文言文上是有一定的造诣和探究的，采用较为符合历史的《三国志》，甚至说是寓教于乐也不为过。战斗系统上各角色会有不同的部队兵种，各兵种又有自己的战斗机制、技能和克制关系，而战场上不同的地形对部队又会有不同的影响。是我玩过的国产三国游戏中十分优秀的代表了。”

“"The Three Kingdoms: The Tales of Jian An" is the original IP of Kaiyi Studio and the studio's first product. We adopt the traditional turn-based strategy gameplay, but the game's story design is distinctly different from most Han and Three Kingdoms games, as it is a rec creation based on historical documents and historical literature. Therefore, more time is needed to refine the plot. We hope to interact and communicate with our supportive players through the Early Access version to make the game better.”

“Regarding the early access status, the studio plans to transition to the official full version no later than May 2025, within six months.”

“The development progress of "Jian'an Foreign History" Early Access version is about 90% of the whole game, with the main system architecture, functions, and the content of the early and middle-stage plots completed. Players will be able to experience the following core contents:

3. Standard turn-based strategy gameplay.
4. Detailed introduction of historical and cultural content.
5. Extremely rich plot exploration.”

Welcome all strategy game enthusiasts to the story of "The Three Kingdoms: The Tales of Jian An" This is a very traditional turn-based strategy game. We believe players who enjoy strategy games will find the fun they’re looking for in this game.

The game progresses through "Story Mode" and "Battle Mode." In Story Mode, you can enjoy an extremely detailed historical story that aligns with the logic of the late Eastern Han period.

This game is not a strict historical retelling. It does not feature well-known but cliché scenes from "Romance of the Three Kingdoms," like "The Oath of the Peach Garden," "The Three Heroes vs. Lü Bu," or "Guan Yu Slays Hua Xiong." Instead, our story follows the historical records in texts such as "Records of the Three Kingdoms," "Zizhi Tongjian," and "Book of the Later Han," while reasonably expanding and fictionalizing the events.

In the traditional turn-based combat mode, we have also introduced many fresh and interesting attempts and changes, such as the "Fog System," "Weather System," and "Time Change System," adding plenty of new elements to the classic strategy gameplay.

The interesting battlefield completion system and achievement system showcase your control over the battlefield.

Collecting contents like the "Character Encyclopedia," "Treasure Encyclopedia," "Legend Encyclopedia," "Glossary Appreciation," and "Music Appreciation" are a great pleasure for completionists.
