Assemble a Crystal powered train and guide your conductor across a world on the brink of revolution! 

Crystal Rail is a “Crystal-Punk” style train RPG! Choose a conductor, build a train and strike it rich by any means necessary!

SELECT A CONDUCTOR

Choose from a roster of 9 Conductors that are inspired by extinct animals, each bringing their own unique gameplay abilities, story perspectives and approach to the world.

ASSEMBLE YOUR TRAIN

Assemble and shape your train from dozens of possible train cars as you make deliveries and strike your fortune! Whether transporting passengers or hauling contraband, combine unique synergies to reshape your run with every switch of the track.

NAVIGATE A HAND-DRAWN WORLD

Featuring over 200 hand-drawn visuals, every run will venture across a wealth of immersive landscapes, dynamic rail stations and distant hinterlands.

DEFINE YOUR STORY

Whether it's the spark of revolution, broken alliances or economic collapse, no two journeys will unfold the same way! Every conductor will respond differently to the challenges ahead, creating new stories and opportunities along the rails.
